"You're not your job You're not how much money you have in the bank You're not the car you drive You're not the contents of your wallet You're not your fucking khakis YOU are the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world"
Done in 39 hours on A4 drawing paper * mechanical pencil : 0.3mm 2B - 0.5mm 3B * regular pencil : B - 2B - 4B - 6B (Faber Castell) * kneaded eraser, eraser, blending stump, tissue
I love this movie, very very much, and Tyler's philosophies are better than any politician nowadays And I swear, if he's real and build an army, I will definitely join him, no doubt . . .
That quote above is my favorite quote from him, I thought the meaning of that quote is to live your life like you wanna be, don't pretend, do whatever you wanna do, and never regret that And if someone is trying to tell you to stop, then f*ck them, they don't live your life . . .
Second hardest after Selina Kyle's drawing, and I really had a hard time (yet fun ^^) at drawing the background, especially the fence in the right side of Tyler. Maybe it looks just a normal fence, but it consists of thousand mini/tiny dots, using 0.3mm mech pencil, just to give a rusty effect And I forgot to draw the electric wire extension in the right side of him LOL
As a big project, I like to draw something like this, a scenery-like drawing ^^
Well, this drawing is dedicated to all Brad Pitt, Tyler Durden, or Fight Club fans, I hope you like it Thank you in advance if you like it
*play Fight Club's ending theme song here (Pixies - Where Is My Mind) Enjoy it . . .
the perspective makes the picture soo deep the grate crushes my branes)) you're great) and I appreciate this light blurriness, just like the camera haven't finished focusing
